SO the PPP govt have confirmed the rumors in the air, that they are keen to release this American and i believe the mystic federal minister taking serious action and pressurizing Punjab govt was Malik himself...
Now, why it took so many days for Malik to know that the guy have got diplomatic visa/passport... was he drunk earlier or did he got some big payment in his UK/Swiss Accounts to issue this statement

Non with standing the conspires theories if this guy has diplomatic immunity we have to let him go. International treaties/laws supersede national laws.

But according to him, he said he did not kill just any one. Those two persons were carrying guns and seemed to be robers with intention to harm him, also confirmed by punjab police. He killed those in self defense to save his life. I think let the court decide the case rather than based on personal subjective or hatred feelings. Now according to Malik he holds diplomatic passport. The case should be dealt according to laws of the country dealing with diplomats in such complicated cases.

from where this loser mlik got the diplomatic passport now? and by the way, even if he has the diplomatic passport he still has to have a diplomatic visa, which he doesn't have anyway. as dawn had confirmed this earlier and foreign office also had admitted that this guy doesn't have diplomatic visa, its only a "note written by his own govt at the back page of passport that this guy is going to perform diplomatic duties" that's it. it doesn't make neither the passport nor the visa diplomatic... but its very clear now that pee pee pee govt will go to any low to protect their master's man.

even all the reports are denying that they were robbers, and they never confronted him or anything like that... its only our sold out govt and "american chelaaas" in media like "najam sethi" etc are trying hard to make it look like self defense.

There certain things which has to be answered even if he have killed "Thugs"... what was he caring weapons, it is also said that he had mask in his car also some money with him... what he hell a diplomat was doing with all this!!!
but the above thing i mentioned is of secondary nature, so far, none of the news reporter have been able to prove that ( including police) they were robbers !!!
most importantly, if God Forbid, you had to carry a gun for your own protection, can i shoot you claiming that you had a gun and you may had harmed me???
the guy got almost all the bullets on their back... something negating his self-defense story...
MALIK is just trying to prove his loyalties to Americans, i don't think so Malik have guts to go against Zardari's will in doing so.. in my opinion Malik is trying his best to complicate the situation by interfering his ugly nose into it..

Having diplomatic passport doesn’t mean one have diplomatic immunity.
After listening to all the bickering of Federal & Provincial government i can firmly say - this guy doesn’t have any immunity and government is showing some manhood well they are forced to do it by the court.

I knew Malik will pull something from behind, it took sometime for the backdated diplomatic passport/visa to arrive as GoodMD2B pointed out. If that guy really had a diplomatic passport it would've been shown to the press immediately but looks like our minister was fed delicious greenbacks. Anyways it was all expected IMO.

These are the kind of self propagated American virtuous characters, moral or religious beliefs and principles that they do not really seem to possess... In other words hypocrisy, double standards etc where American laws guarantee the right to bare arms for its citizens yet law abiding citizens of other nations become dangerous and threat to "International security" when they try to practice same laws in their respective countries.
My be some people need to brush up their history a little before they start participating in discussions like these.
