After reading** Dating Namas** on Life1 , it seems that almost every Daisi Girl considers it Farz to have date , cell phones,restaurants,meeting, promises, future discussions.
There are some girls who do all that in Pakistan but only elite class 2 % but when i go through this section , its amazing. There were 60 boys and 11 girls in my class but we even not talk to each other.At the most there were 2 or 3 boys who were appointed to take some notes of a girl who note the lectures well to photocopy or course discussion etc and thats all. Those Pakistani girls were so shy to even talk to us and we boys also never crossed the limits of Chichora Pan or Tarsi Hui Nature.
But here discussions of dating in Desis going on without any shame , Valentines gifts , cheating , hanging out with boys etc etc
PS: I come only to Life1 to enjoy some amusing threads of Iconoclast , Das Reich or Code Red.Otherwise this section is almost like Joke Forum where Dating Namas are going on and Aunties discussing about Surprize Valentine Gifts of thier husbands after years of marriage or some MIL or SIL Rand* Rona etc etc
maybe they just collectively ignore you and keeping it a secret from you that they talk to each other

I understand your concern of Pakistani Muslims especially girls thinking they have the right to be cool and date and do mainstream stuff. But I have never dated and got married in a halal manner (no need to explain that) Living in America I am so proud to say my parents gave me good Islamic morals even though I am not a hijabi but I still practice as best as I can and so do most of my cousins and friends in America M'A se. I shall elaborate more later..
ITs about girls/boys from non engreez cultures. They become engreez when its convineant and turn it non engreez when they want.
Now engreez girls date but they treat there BF like hubbies. One at a time. etc
Non Engrezz date like a thief stealing stuff, once the do it they want to, pretty much, do every one.
They can be humping and looking for spouce for arange marrage at same time.

dunno man, pakistani movies, dramas, videos, novels and shairi kinda show that pretty much everyone does aankh mataka and aashiqi maashiqi, or wants to do it, but cant due to lacking in skills or other things.
duno why shareef Pakistanis watch that stuff, read that stuff, listen to that stuff if it is so counter to their norms and morals. :halo:

Alright, maybe I was around this 2%, but son, its way more than 2% now. Atleast the elite had some class. Nowadays its just a mess with every pajamachaap going for it.
