Potassium and magnesium are natural muscle relaxants, and bananas are a good source of both. They also contain the amino acid L-tryptophan, which gets converted to 5-HTP in the brain. The 5-HTP in turn is converted to serotonin (a relaxing neurotransmitter) and melatonin.

Also you need atleast 20 minutes of walk every day! rain or shine without fail!

mashaALLAH.. mene aik dafa mix kiya tha honey ko doodh me.. but ab taste yaad nahi kafi arsa pehle ki baat hai..

but tell me chai me honey kesa rahega??

Mai dodh nai pasand krti, when I started taking warm milk with rusk, I consciously put honey in it, ta ki mere liye wohi taste ban jaye. After a few times, I started liking it. Now I don’t like it any other way. But cornflakes without sugar was a bit tough to get used to, cuz I’d always had it with sugar in the milk.
I take sugar in cakes and chocolates, but I eat them once in a while.

Mai dodh nai pasand krti, when I started taking warm milk with rusk, I consciously put honey in it, ta ki mere liye wohi taste ban jaye. After a few times, I started liking it. Now I don’t like it any other way. But cornflakes without sugar was a bit tough to get used to, cuz I’d always had it with sugar in the milk.
I take sugar in cakes and chocolates, but I eat them once in a while.

hmmm, kuch cheezon me to sugar lazmi dalti hai.. bina sugar ke chai ka maza dobala ho hi nahi sakta..

wese aapne kabhi cheeni wala naan khaya hai??

first of all, mene abhi sona tha, but chai chai chai ka naam le le kar mera ab dil ker para hai and ab me bnane laga hoon..

jee chai me sugar dalne se hi taste sahi me develop hota hai..

Naan, kyunke yahan taftan nahi milta..

hmmm, takreeban aisa hi hota hai yahan bhi.. but wo tandoor me banta hai and uska process shayed fark ho.. kafi arsa hogaya khaya nahi.. aik do din me check karunga InshaALLAH.. albata I think jese besan wala naan hota hai same wese hi ye bhi yahan banta hai..

I’ve never heard of besan ka naan
Yeah, jo mum banati hain, wo bhi tandoor mai he banna chahiye, hum oven se kaam chalate hain.
