I’ve tried banana and date milkshake in Ramadhan when I was trying to get my family to go off sugar. It was delicious.

Actually I never knew there is a dates milkshake until my one friend made me try it and man, it was Yummylicious. And ironically I never got a chance to have it again :\

I avoid sugar in all possible ways (cakes and chocolates not included :sid:). Once I substituted it with jaggery in dad’s tea :hehe:

It was actually a juice shop. And that reminds me I didnt goto Agha Juice in my last visit to Khi :frowning:

You are doing yourself great favour by not drinking caffeine!

an Old Doctor told me that!

and some say caffeine will age you faster and robs you of the deep sleep one needs to regenerate!

I don’t take caffeine or bottled drinks. I don’t sleep well either.

Potassium and magnesium are natural muscle relaxants, and bananas are a good source of both. They also contain the amino acid L-tryptophan, which gets converted to 5-HTP in the brain. The 5-HTP in turn is converted to serotonin (a relaxing neurotransmitter) and melatonin.

Also you need atleast 20 minutes of walk every day! rain or shine without fail!
