Re: dark under eye circles and pigmentation around mouth
i just found out recently that dark circles under eyes can indicated a mild food allergy. Most often its due to milk or milk products. And it can be handled with an over-the-counter remedy called Lactase Enzyme. I dont know if that would cure the dark around your mouth but I can tell you that it worked for circles under eyes of my son. Its not a risky type of thing to try so it would be worth it to buy a 2 week supply and see what happens. Good luck!
Re: dark under eye circles and pigmentation around mouth
Hey! I sort of have the same problem with chronic dark circles under my eyes..
I never really got into using the totkay and all since am a lazy person, yes I am.
But yeah, chronic pigmentation areas are usually in the genes or so, they can never be entirely gone by a change in diet or some other stuff..
Coming to the solution, that really really REALLY reduced the appearance of the dark circles of my eyes: Hylexin!
Its a serum, found in store's like Macy's or on sephora.com
It truly works, no gimmicks no nothing. If you live in the US or Canda or surrounding areas, I suggest u get it since it will work..
For the pigmentation around the mouth, use a serum by Philosophy (a skincare brand also found on sephora.com) -- they have s serum specifically for that and it also works in reducing the appearnace of the pigmentation surrounding the mouth area.

You are right about the allergy part but for milk allergies the over the counter lactase doesnt help , its for Lactose intolerant people not allergic ones...I know that too well as I have a four year old who is allergic to milk since she was born..:(.And she starrted off with severe allergy:(.
