Lol...Its impossible to dance to something modern that isnt inappropiate?!?
At my brothers wedding we had about 8 dances..this might be helpful-
Lathe di chadar- with sticks 6 girls
I danced solo to Nigahein Milane Ko Jee chahta hai which is classical song..which I learn from saroj khan on NDTV!!
Also my boy cousin and girl cousin danced to Tenu Leke
The boys danced to english songs
and 6 of us learnt a dance from youtube called CSUN..we learnt it step by step from some girls that had done it before and it was a massive hit..we had 3girls doing the english and 3 doin the bhangra seriously it ws the best dance ever.
And now at my wedding my little sisters dancing to Billo Rani, Bano ki aayegi baraat (Aaina) and Mehndi hai rachnewali
and then possibly Peer manava..
LOL so im not tht simple afterall..but as long as a dance is performed well the moves dnt need to be to complex

dance payy chancee from rab nay bana di jodi is a really funky song ...btw you can also search on youtube for mehendi dances.....also listen to marjani from billu barber

There is this absolute mehndi song…balle balle from bride and prejudice
im not sure about its appropriateness, but u can try it out
then there is ghoomer(chup chup k), kangna re (paehli)...
knightrider bhangra is so much fun to dance to

Hey guys
I'm planning my mehndi dances (picking out songs etc) and was wondering what the approximate number of dance routines would be I guess "acceptable" before the crowd gets bored. Oh and how long should they be, I'm thinking of making mixes.
