Afridi, n hussain it’s a womans right to haq meher AND (I believe so, but maybe someone can clear it up) its her rite to waive it IF SHE wishes it (not her parents :halo: ). It’s only a problem if his side refuses the haq meher or someone pressures her into rejecting it.
