has anyone hear read the book called "idiot's guide to islam"...it's a realli good book...i was reading it and it was talking about the dajjal.....it said that the dajjal was going to come and try to convince to the people that he is god...and he was even going to bring a man bak from the dead (shaytaan would send a soul down)....and ppl would truly believe that he was god..........except only tha true muslims would b left strong....and yatta yatta yatta it explains like the whole story...and it's really scary, kasme i started crying reading sum of tha stuff in that book .....at tha parts where it talks of heaven and hell..day of judgement........

Listened to the link, just like I expected - a very shallow view, all on the surface and taking very literal meanings of the prophesies, typical mullah style. No depth what so ever. Guy talking with thick Arabic accent .Hey, the more Arabic the more Muslim right? :).

Not really AQ, what hurts is that the person is saying all the things that we say and yet refusing to look a little deeper. Just compare what he said to analysis Destino posted in that link. Its like night and day. How could you take such a superficial view of things? Is the intellect completely dead and gone? Literally feels as if their eyes have been sealed.
Mullahs are not limited to just subcontinent, they come is all textures.

I can answer one question that why is dajjal a male?
Well all evil creatures are usually male. Satan, Dajjal, evil jinns, etc.
Male creatures = evil
As about Dajjal. You're right in a sense. But that time will bring a huge distruction we can't deny that. I mean what will be more distructive than the END of this world?! Gives you goose bumps man!

You mean you will not believe no matter how clear evidence is provided? If Allah has sealed someone’s ears, eyes, heart, I do not have the power to break it (no one does, only He does).
And that person is not just quoting Ahadeeth, but also interpreting them (listen to it yourself), and I think that his interpretation lacks depth and wisdom, severely. Is that what you follow? Is this the person you choose as an authority on this subject? That was all I was trying to say.
I am not really angry - perhaps a little disappointed.
