To say he IS chained on an island might be out dated … I said he was seen chained to an island … and there he exclaimed that his time was near … At least* try* to make an effort to understand … He may not be chained anymore … in other words.

may be, could be, might be. it means its all conjecture you are resting your thoughts on. who saw him and on which island? I thought it would be the masih(as) who would recognize him.
