You gotta wonder sometimes how authentic are various hadiths that are thrown around as gospel at the drop of a hat. And beating people over the head with them. Even the ones that don’t make any sense at all and sound no more than a khiskay huay dimaagh ki ikhtaraah.

Reminds me of ultra-literalist Bible thumpers in the southern belt.

No the ahadith that have been generally presented here are correct. But the way they are being used is not correct. The metaphoric ones are trying to be presented as literal and the literal as metaphoric … by some …
