Memorably great ending to such a memorable drama! Thumbs up to the cast for their superb acting, to Mehreen Jabbar for her superb directions and picturising, and ofcourse to Umera Ahmad for a such a heart-touching and realistic script!
Literally, the scenes between Zara and Maleeha, Junaid and Zara, Zara and Asma brought tears to my eyes
In my opinion, the ending was perfect, justice was served! Maleeha is left to live a life of regrets, while Zara somewhat does find peace and happiness.
haqeeqat yehi hai ke dunya mai zara jaise log hain jo doosron ke liye apni har khushi har khawahish qurbaan kardaite hain, magar un doosron ko uska ehsaas hi nahi hota!!!

Great job Mehreen - such crisp editing and direction in the last episode - the interactions in the 1:1 scenes which is your Forte were just SUPERB!! Loved the scenes between Maleeha and Zara and Zara and Junaid - the dialogues by Umera were SPOT ON and everyone acted so well!!

Mehreen J's BEST drama serial so far.... story and script was also very strong.. special thanks to Umera Ahmed.
In last episode didn't like Maleeha to visit Zara again and ask her the same thing abt her marraige with Junaid... and she again lied to Junaid about zara ki shadi.. 7 saal mein Maleeha ka zameer cud have work this out... after all there was a goodself of Maleeha as a human. Zara ke ehsaas dilaane per she comes to realize her mistake actually. There could be 100 endings to this story... but it is upto the writer of course so em happy how it was concluded.. overall it was a decent ending!
Zara/Asma's conversation scene was well done... Maleeha/Junaid acted very well...
this is clearly the best serial we'll see in a long, long time...it's almost as if they edit it down to 2-3 hours, it'll be a film, because the photography and production values are fantastic. I'm totally in awe.
Very rarely do movies and dramas move me to tears. People said that mzzb made them cry... it didn't make me cry. But Daam almost had me in tears (for the example, the confrontation scenes between Zara and Maleeha). Wonderful acting and story!
Of course, I'm very upset that Zara didn't end up with Junaid. But I like the point that was made in the drama that maybe Zara just needed the closure so that she could stop living in the past. I just feel sorry for Junaid- sure, he got out of a crappy marriage and is happy with his kid, but he also suffered for 7 years, was lied to, and lost Zara again.

I loved how Zara made her decision of leaving the past behind after her closure with Junaid, she actually used the word 'closure' which was
excellent. Junaid and Zara scenes were so intense so romantic, Junaid is a very good actor, i hope he gets some sort of award for his acting in this drama.
AND what the best this was that the 'viewers' were thanked for watching and appreciating Daam, i liked that, it was different and i felt connected somehow. Thank you Mehreen.

2 Maleeha also get divorced or not.
Please clearify the point.
Separated definitely, there's nothing to suggest a divorce except maleeha telling yasir that she'll keep her daughter in mind while making her "final decision" (I take that for a divorce) -- we don't know if she made that decision or not.

There is absolutely no harm in getting a divorce if your marriage is not working for you but some outsider should not be the reason to take this step. Did Junaid really work on his marriage? I dont think so.
Maleeha didnt leave her ...home for good. She returns in the end.
Zahra didnt waste seven years of her life just for JUnaid. She was just finidg it hard to commit to anybody. People who have breakups so early in their life always or mostly struggle to trust those who take interest in them.
wonderful epi n wonderful serial...loved the ending..great acting by junaid.. n im happy maleeha told him everything...atleast zara ki position to clear ho gai..
