Re: Cybils Atelier: Review

Agreed. Very true its pretty demanding :)

Re: Cybils Atelier: Review

Hey Brummie, you're lucky!!! When I asked her about unstitched suits.........she replied that she only deals with stitched outfits & couldn't deliver unstitched fabric.............Strange huh! May be you're her special customer!

Re: Cybils Atelier: Review

sandalwood, first brummiebird wanted them stitched aswell.. and since we had already bought the material we couldnt return it so we sent her the unstitched material. I havent dealed with any unstitched orders since :)

Re: Cybils Atelier: Review

Ive always tried my best to stay ontop of everything. Since Im not the one dealing with the fabric and stitching in pakistan sometimes I do have genuine delays with communication but all in all I try my utmost bestest to keep everyone up to date with their orders!

Re: Cybils Atelier: Review

in mysti's defense, she is doing the best she can. i have always received replies to my emails/queries/comments. i know that she is putting late nights into this work and i hope that it pays off. i have ordered 4 suits from her, havent received them though, but i am hoping inshallah i wont be disappointed.

Re: Cybils Atelier: Review

i order three suits from cybil arteleir. 2 were ss and one was lakhni
they were shipped according to cybil on 17 but i didnt get them till 3rd may. i the meantime whenever i asked her about the package she said their are custom issues in dubai. and that she sent 3 parcel on that day and 2 have already got to the clients.
when i get the suits, the date on the box was clearly written as 26 april. when i asked her about that she said her cousine told her she has sent all on 17 and she will ask from her. she later told me that delay was due to a mix-up with one of ur suits and had to get a return mailout back to her for your package - thats why the extra delay.

if she had told me before that when i was waiting for the package, it would have been a lot less hassle and worry on both side. i still didnt understand y her cousine didnt tell her about that when i was asking repeatedly. and why she always said that their r custom issues.

That was the only problem i had dealing with cybill artelier

she do reply all of ur mails. even if she dont have that info at that time she atleast say that "i will get back to u on that"

Her prices are way cheaper than most fb groups. i got three suits stitched and shipped to australia in $190. I don't know how she managed the free shipping as her profit if any was very low and she used tcs/fedex service which is not cheap. I recently got 3 unstitch sana safinaz delivred in pakistan for around $200. I dont blame that vendor as prices are going high and high for ss, im just telling u that in comparison.

The suits are nicely stitch. All things i asked her to do were their except one or two.
first one was i didnt ask for zip at the back and plates, but they were their. But fitting was gr8 so it didnt matter much

2nd thing that slightly bother me was that ss suits were with embroidery on separate piece of cloth. in stitching it wasnot attach to the suits that more finely. If that would have done, they would looked perfect. But still they look gr8.

i still owe her 1500 rs. I do asked her about how much i owe her and would have send her the money right away if she had told me the amount but when i told her about these two issues she told me u dont have to pay that amount now .

Overall i had a nice experience with her. except for the delivery issue i would have said that it was perfect.

I loved my suits. they looked gr8. they fitted gr8. which matter most.

Re: Cybils Atelier: Review

your suits looks so nice and well stitched

Re: Cybils Atelier: Review

everyone who purchased SS outfits, for the attaching of the embroidered gala onto the shirt issue, PLEASE note that SS originals you see in the exhibition pictures on FB have galay/sleeves that have been EMBROIDERED rather than stitched on the shirt and getting that done costs 500rs atleast. Please DONOT expect us, vendors to do that in the stitching charges we're offering if that's less than 1800-2000rs because stitching charges alone for the dresses with 2-3 borders, panles and pants is 800-1000rs and then there are silks for the pipings, laces for necklines, chiken panels for 12A/B,etc that some SS have additionally done. I hope that makes sense. :)

mysti I love the white dress you did for huma :)

Re: Cybils Atelier: Review

Proto she was doing simple stitching for 1000 rs and if u added any piping patti or finishing extra , she charged u extra. So if she have asked for extra payment I would have happliy paid her. But I'm not complaining as she didn't even take 1500 rs from me which I owed her and I loved my clothes

Re: Cybils Atelier: Review

its not the vendors fault but the attaching of the extra embroidery doesnt look nice, maybe the kapra is different than the one in the back .. such things u dont notice if u see their modeled pics …

but overall its a nice dress.

Re: Cybils Atelier: Review

look weird embridery in pictures

Re: Cybils Atelier: Review

huma, your dresses look very nice. i think mysti did a good job with ur outfits. and i a gree with the gala part of the white one. by the way, is it white, off white or cream, its hard to tell. that was my fave amongst all of the SS this yr!!
i have ordered 4 suits and she told me the delivery would be may 7. so waiting anxiously.
