bad heart break??? i agree love isnt like a hindi movie n love is over rated but realtionships arent…its takes effort n time n understanding,internet/no inetrnet wat a relationship requires alot of work n u gotta do tht.depends more on the person thn the mode of communication.

and just who says net-love is bogus/silly bla blah…aaj kal we shouldnt be narrowmined itne…well maybe am saying this coz i have fallen i love with someone i met on the net:blush:
i met FSK:wub: net pe on a socializin site or whtaever it’s called, we used to share eachother’s problems and mostly kept contact through mails, as at that time i wasnt much of a net user(or msn)…there was nothing like love between us…we were just companions in sorrows…thats all nothing more…we never even called eachother friends…FSK would always advise ma and stuff…encourage me…and ya chalta raha for almost two years..we were very close but not even the slightest bit of love thing dono ke beech…but i’d already started loving FSK…kabhi bataya nai…FSK was the no-nonsense, serious kinda person…but then FSK confessed apna pyaar…tht was like more than 2yrs baad hum dono ke milne ko…and tab we had not even seen eachotehr, pics me bhi nai…but afsos ye he ke kabhi pyaar ka rishta raha hi nai hum dono ke beech:(…and now we’re just companions of eachother apne apne dard me:(…although we both know we love eachother…hum dono ka saath hona mushkil he:(..

the internet should only be used to meet somebody that might have the points of compatibility but in order to make it into a relationship of substance, all communication should happen in real life, meet him/her in person immediately instead of letting it get to that internet emotional attachment stage which can lead to heartbreak

Well one of my friends did something like this, he only knew her through his monitor. He met her once but it was from afar! looool They used to talk for ages and ages over MSN/Yahoo. After a year.. she broke up with him as she said "My dad wont allow it!"... rest is history.

Do you guys really think long distance dating can be a serious business which can lead to marriage? I mean, a girl and a guy got introduced on internet, they mite have also met 1-2 times with the agreement of their families, but can guys really be serious to any girl just over internet (after having a knowledge that they are compatible etc)? Marriages are common amongst colleagues/ class fellows coz guys meet and see the girls on a daily basis and this forms a strong connection. But can guys be emotional enough to miss a girl over chat, video chat etc, obviously after knowing that they can be a good match.

Do guys only get interested while having regular interaction/ meeting with girls through physical interaction or can they be REAL SERIOUS over internet too (I mean after seeing the girl physically for a few hours and talking to her over voice chat for a few hours which could had him feeling that the compatibility is present)?

Can guys become serious for long distance relationships? I know girls usually are very emotional... but can guys be emotional serious and sincere when in a long distance relationship where they do not get to meet the girl on a daily basis? The wait mite be because of any reason, the families taking time to decide on the marriage thing etc etc...

Can guys be serious enough to continue with the girl (just by being in touch through internet living far away from each other) despite the distance while waiting for things to sort out?
