I think women should have curves whether they are back or not, skeltons are best kept for the closet LOL. One gust of wind it all it takes and that women is doing an impression of Mary poppins minus the umberella.
As long as you eat healthy, exercise and occassionally have the naughty binge and are happy with yourself who gives a rats behind!

I didn't ask for your opinion on Vogue vs cheapy magazines.
You might have a lot of knowledge on celebs and magz but it doesn't reject the fact that most celebs or even people look better with the curves and if the fashion industry goes all curvy it will have a good effect every individual especially the teen age girls.
Errr you said curves are back but why VB and Angie aren't putting up weight. So just to clear up your naivety and confusion I simply informed you about how different class of magazines deals with weight crap and body image. I found it very amusing how someone would believe that celebs actually give a toss about cheap gossip columns. You may have thought the world is coming to end because couple of gossip sites and magz made the headline that curves are back, but its a FACT that you would not find nonstop weight and body image criticism in high end fashion mags like you would in cheapy mags and websites.
I've been hearing the whole curves are back crap from the day JLO made her debut.

Talk about being insulting and annoying, could you go back and read your response to my initial post? You really can't take difference of perspectives, what exactly you wanted me to say in my post? You asked curves are back or not and I said how different class of magazines and parts of industry deals with this issue so so differently. Its a FACT. I still don't understand which part so offended you, it was your btchy reply that actually set the standard.

ofcourse nobody speaks literally when they say ‘oh she is stick thin!’ it’s just a phrase used to describe someone who more or less lacks the smaller waist to hips and breast ratio.
compared to the likes of beyonce, rihanna, j.lo, scarlett johannson, charlotte church, kelly brook yes, i do think victoria and angelina are pretty thin. anyway, i dunno if curves ever went away but i’m glad they are here, puts less pressure on me to eat healthy and i can try less to lose weight

Seems like some people need to learn lot more than than simple English.
Now African and Latino women set the global standards of curves or being 'healthy'? Some people are confusing being under weight with having completely different body types!

Hareem did you recently watch the tv show on channel 4 called the model agency?
The curvier girls more in the lingerie/ commercial sector and the very slimmer/boyish figures were more high fashion and large editorials.
Curves are back in a way - they are considered more sexy and definitely the publish appreciate curvier girls more but they dont get jobs working for the huge high end fashion designers

Tell you something interesting, the current VS models have gone lot skinner than their old school bombshells. Now don't that to heart....curves have always been and will always be a vital part in the glamour industry.

hmmm i think people are getting thinner n not curvier... nowadays even a size 8 is considered fat sad really coz a real woman is someone who has some meat on her not all bones
