Noting path breaking. Dastaan , Durr e shehwar and to an extent Maat were the only plays that impressed me. But they're more than two to four years old.

mohabbat ab nahi hogi was also very nice....superb acting by armeena and was a real kind of domestic story
mausam was so boring in da beginning but now its better
**ahista ahista **seemed good but its end disappointed us greatly

Did this drama stop production? I can't seem to find any new episodes since May.
I 'm not sure i couldn't find any more episodes either especially good picture quality ones.

I don't like mere merbhan it's too extreme mashriki . a little artifical.

Aik bhi drama dekhney ke qabil nahi hai. absolutely mediocre, tedious, unimaginative, obscene and regressive plays with repetitive themes and poorly stereotyped shallow characters. wohi ghisi piti doosri biwi ki story aur behooda dialogues har dramey mein divorce ka word jaisey koi choti baat ho aur koi tameez nahi. in almost every play wife beating scenes are shown for sensationalism. story mein na koi depth na maqsad. I've watched digest writer, sadqay tumhare , mehram, jackson heights sab ke sab bakwaas. so called stalwarts like marina and saba qamar have resorted to acting for the heck of it or for money mechanical acting they dont even suit the roles they are playing.

Have you watched Shahid Nadeem’s new project for PTV ‘Kis se Kahoon’. Its directed by Kashif Nisar who directed ‘Ullu Barae Farokht Nahin’ and ‘Sannata’.

^ yeah, I read the review but haven't watch it yet. I"m a bit skeptical. Mainly because a lot of times the reviewers of the above site overrate mediocre dramas. for example mere humdrum mere dost , digest writer and shanakht etc. They were such a waste of time but for some reason they got glowing reviews. I'm not sure if Kis se kahoon would be worth watching? Have you caught any of its episodes ? Do post your review.

Ulu Baraye Farokht Nahi was top class. Reminded of golden age of PTV.

Drama serial "Bunty I Love You" was recently on-aired on Hum TV. It was a great drama with strong script, dialogues and a totally change and different story. I saw such a real drama after a long time just like we had some awesome dramas in the past at PTV and STN (NTM).
Saba Qamar shines best in negative roles such as the one in Bunty I Love you. She's miscast in Digest writer. Anyways, the problem with BILU was the preposterous and unrealistic plot. The pairing of Saba and Noman Habib was unconvincing. He looked like a kid. There was no logical justification why rich and powerful woman who has everything would fall for some kiddie rag picker! I think Momina Duraid was the producer of this silly play, right? Culprit at work again.

I'm not watching any dramas nowadays, but Shahid Mehmood's name has a attraction. May be I'll watch it online, when its ended.
