Almost entire office is out today, lots of celebration. I take the credit as which ever city I move, championships follow me 
Gainesville, Miami, New York, Dallas, LA and now in Chicago. You are welcome Cubs fans. Kidding aside, nice to see curse of the goat gone and even more so that its gone in same was curse of the bambino.
I went to sleep bottom of the 9th, convinced we had lost. Esp with Chapman pitching, i really didn’t think we’d win. Woke up to fireworks at 12AM/crazy partying… insane. But also kinda awesome lol. Go Cubs!

The Game 7 had everything. First pitch homerun, a come-from-behind game tie, extra innings and a rain break (very rare in baseball).
Saw a map yesterday where they showed except Cleveland everybody wanted CUBS to win. And they did. Very happy for them.

As someone said in comments elsewhere, Game 7 was like the US elections. I would have loved a 7-0 or a 15-5 washout of the “tribe”, but this hard fought victory is still sweeeat..

Watched first game in two or three years. Started watching bottom of 8th when the right arm pitcher was taken off. He was pitching well. The leftie it seems had been overworked. Poor managing.
Then the same cubs manager calls a bunt with 1 out and man on 3rd. I was screaming at the TV. Made no sense for that low percentage play.
Cubs won inspite of the manager.

Oh no Southie wut r you talking about. They replaced him with Chapman in bottom 8th who is by far the best pitcher they have got (ex-yankees ofcourse).
Do you know when did he get his last homerun? That was in June. So you can trust his arm. And when I saw that two-run HR flying into the stand I couldnt believe my eyes. So no that was a good decision, just give credit to Indian batters.

You are probably right. But the right handed pitcher was pitching very well. One person got on base on an error by shortstop I thibk. And the leftie had pitched I think 4 innings in previous game.
What did u think of the bunt call by Chicago manager with one out and man on 3rd. As soon as he made that call I was screaming at tv - how do u call that bunt with only one out, TWO strikes and man on 3rd.

That was a bone headed low percentage move. Had he nit opted for that play, the Cubs could have won earlier.
Rain gods broke the momentum against the cubs. And the fat lady sang after 108 years.
