i see trouble on the way for Yankees - goddamit they almost stole Game 4 & 5 - and Marlins pulled out both games - Jason Giambi should have been the starter - Enrique Wilson screwed up the simple out - had the damage not been done - the game could have tied - oh well off we go to New York!

It wasn’t suppose to end this way but it did - Josh Beckett threw one of the best pitches tonight - on a three-day rest - Josh Beckett shut down the New York Yankees as Florida Marlins won the 2nd World Series title since they have joined the league in 1993 - this is the second time wild card has won the World Series title - last time it was in 1981 when Los Angeles Dodgers celebrated their World Series title at the Yankees stadium.

Jack McKeon had a lot to do with Marlins win - he turned around this franchise - he was appointed as manager in May(the middle of season) -and since then they had a good record in the league - Pudge Rodriquz have been a great leader to this Marlins team - he worked with this young pitching staff - and let’s be honest this ball club stuck together no matter how downed they were in the series - no body said it was going to be easy ride for Marlins but in the end - i thought it was - Marlins passed through SF Giants - Chicago Cubs - and now they have beaten the New York Yankees to win it all - take that critics!

Marlins truly deserved to win this year. they were the better team and played beautifully. I just dont like the fish on their uniform, and their manager :) but the team played very well.
i wouldn't say either that Yankees are the best team in MLB but yeah if you go by 26 Championships that Yankees have won - reached World Series 39 times - then they are certainly one of the best at the moment.
i understand why you don't like Jack McKeon but what's wrong with Marlins' uniform Fraudz?
