Has anyone here gone on one? what were the fun elements of it? How long was your trip and would you do it again?

I’ve been on the Oslo mini cruise, I don’t know if that counts 
The best is to go with a large group, family or friends. The first time we went it was just the two of us and even though it was a short time (2 nights and 1 day in Oslo) - we got a bit bored. The next time we went with some of our friends and that was much better.
Be prepared to pay overprice for everything - it’s so crazy.

We've been trying to go on a cruise for a few years now but we want to go in a large group and aligning everyone's calendars has been a challenge.

After all those people falling extremely sick on multiple cruises plus a couple of accidents, no tenks. :/

after watching the costa concordia my kid refuses to go…I keep telling her that she can swim well enough to get ashore if that happens…

i've never been on a cruise but i'm planning one...as to when? you guess! ;)
i've been on an overnight sailing a couple of times between North Sydney, Nova Scotia and Port Aux Basques, Newfoundland. it was quite nice...i had dinner and breakfast on board, played slot machines. watched a movie on Imax. :)

in dxb we went they have gone twice thrice there is a lady there who apply henna, music and magic show for kids, the only problem is food gets cold very easily and foron. we recently had ride in Istanbul it was good nothing served just a ride for 1 hour and 20 mins but the view was good, its ok one time but not again n again
