*We have a cross dresser who works in our office. No I don’t work at a Go Go bar and yes freedom of expression is getting too much freedom. This guy/girl combo got to be the ugliest looking woman I’ve ever seen. What the heck, he might be the ugliest looking guy I’ve ever seen. He comes in tight jeans and tight tops and wears a padded bra
He uses ladies room and I was told that he does it while standing, and that creeps the hack out of the ladies in the adjacent stall.*
I don’t know if the guy is just a cross dresser or he is a transvestite, heck I don’t even know the difference between both. I am guessing one just dresses like a girl while the other probably had some surgery done, but as I said up there, under that pink Cadillac hood, the person still carries the Chevy small block engine .. as he uses the bathroom while standing.
So technically he is just a guy in ladies clothes. Should he be allowed to use the ladies room. I know that if he walks into men’s room, it will be very annoying for the guys who are in there, but I know for sure that ladies don’t appreciate him using their restroom either.
What should be the moral obligation of such person.?
Is he/she doing the right thing by using ladies bathroom?
Should ladies be worried that a guy is in there?
I mean tomorrow if a young pretty one is in the bathroom alone with the person and guys’ manliness kicks in and some kind of sexual assault situation happens, would the company be responsible for that? Can the court ask the managers that how the heck did you allow a guy in ladies room?
I don't profess to know the answer to your question, but this exact issue was highlighted in an episode of Boston Legal. In the ensuing court case, the transvestite/cross dresser won and was allowed to continue using the ladies room.
I also have a person like that in my office. I think he's trying to gradually become a she by surgery.
I was very uncomfortable sharing the bathroom with him/her. Maybe because I couldn't look away. I couldn't say anything. I think my half fake smile said it all.
I had a person like that when I was taking a certification class. The woman (actually a guy crossdresser) in the beginning used to go to the men's bathroom and freak out all the guys.
Then he started to use the women's bathroom and freak out all the girls.
He used to take female hormone injections and was recently kicked out of the airforce as a nuclear munitions technician.
But he was a rather nice and intelligent man (or woman).

:D I sneaked into ladies room long time ago at work on Saturday (when no one in the office) just to see what they look like and there was a flower vase, a table with a chair .. it was neat and smelling good .. I was so depressed ..heheh.
I agree that bathroom is not the only place but one of the most probable lonely/secluded places where you can find a pretty girl with her pants down out of her own will ....

If it has a penis, it needs to use the mens room. I'm sorry. I've been to corporate training classes on sensitivity and all that but this just goes way beyond. If it can sit down to pee, and it dresses as a woman, plans to have the surgeries done to complete the job then I guess it should use the ladies room but man, I'd vacate if it walked in while I was doing my business.
Dont get me wrong, I'm completely for equal rights, equal pay and even healthcare coverage for "partners". I just dont wanna be in the same bathroom with one such.
