did you try to go to school "for learning", to office "to work", to shop "to do business", to mosque "to kneel in front of Allah" in Pakistan?
And if so, did anyone try to stop you just out of malice? Were you denied to practice a peaceful, productive, and positive way of life all due to the government.
LOL... There is a little more to society then just being allowed to work and go to some office, and being able to pray...
We want a free media, the freedom to choose our representatives and our leaders. We want to not have to worry that our society is being run by the whim of a single individual...
Do we want to be able to question the actions of those who claim to be our leaders... Can we do that? No, we cant. Can we expect that the dictator will allow us to choose our own leaders? No we cant.. Will our dictator allow anyone to question his authoirty?!?! ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Remember one thing, that Jinnah intended for Pakistan to a free society... We could have worked in India, we could have lived and prayed in India... But we would not have had our freedom. And Pakistan was not made to be run like this by a tin pot dictator depriving people of their rights.
You are satisified with the mundane self centered existance... But someone who truly cares for the country would be appaled by how Musharaf is destroying the consitution and undermining whatever democratic insitutions we have.
