Is it worth the hype AND the hideous price? Is it just as “magical and miraculous” as the website suggests? I read interview of these two Pakistani models who were asked what’s their beauty secret. One of them uses Pond’s Cold Cream ( YEAH RIGHT JHOOTI :aq:) and the other one swears by Creme De La Mer. Let’s hear guppies’ opinions and experiences.
.i used it and it is probably the most amazing moisturizer....i also tired the serum...but unfortunately..it clogs pores...the serum not as much...
will buy some more as soon as winter starts... :)

so it's just a moisturizer? i want something that gives an even skin tone.
^^ Exactly! I really wanted to know what it exactly does apart from just moisturizing. Because coughing up hundreds of dollars for a moisturizer is ridiculous.

Chanda, would you like to elaborate what other changes, if any, you noticed after using the creme for at least two weeks or so? And does it go right into your skin instead of making your face look like it's been smeared with a blob of fat - you know the greasy effect?
Shay and Wishkamar
I would recommend using the creme in winters only. You know how in winters the skin can get dry, blotchy..uneven...well...creme took care of all that...and yes...NO grease!! at least mine didnt....and i do know i started glowing..usually in winters my complexion becomes dry and pale...the minute i would apply it to my face..it made it warm...and pulpy..
the serum...i have used during summers..and winters...to be honest..i prefer the serum over the creme...i secretly do want them both.
I've bought and used 'crème de la mer' about 3 times now and each time I hoped it would make a difference but nothing.
I think it is a complete waste of money and I wouldn't go there again…ever.
The only thing that was half decent was the eye cream but that's about it.
It didn't make the slightest difference to my complexion/skin at all.
Waste of money...could have bought 3 nice handbags for that amount..but I am a beauty junky so creams like the one above just suck me in and I have to try it!
Instead try Givenchy face wash and toner….now that’s what you call a miracle (well for me anyway). I've never really come across a good moisturiser to be honest so can't recommend that.
I would most definitely swear by it. Its sooo worth the money. I have used a wide variety of skin products as i had problem skin and I was looking for that one perfect brand.
I cant imagine life without the moisturiser and the refining facial. The results are almost instant.
But whatever works for one person may not for another.
I heard Lancome moisturisers are good too.
