If you are going for something different --I think #1 and #2 is done very often, so its not really different, so of the first 3, Id vote for #3 -yummy :)
4 doesnt have to be too expensive, since you will be buying in bulk and there are lots of websites there you can order wedding favours in bulk. The only suggestion I have for this is if its something the guests are epxected to keep (as opposed to eat), then please dont have your name or face printed on it -unless it can be removed/replaced with something else. Like a frame that says something like Thanks for coming and then has your names & wedding date is fine if they can remove that message and insert something else. But I hate it when you get favours where you cant remove it --its like seriously, who is going to actually use or display that anywhere in their house, except for the immediate family of the couple. At one wedding I went to, they gave out these pretty crystal cubes in velvet boxes that had the couple's picture inside it. It was lovely and obviously cost alot but who will keep that except their own family? You dont want to waste your money on something like that because you know majority of people will just go home and chuck it. One cute thing I saw once were these little heart shaped frame magnets (like for the fridge). You insert a message inside and then the guests can choose to remove it and reuse it
