crazy weight loss

On Feb 11 I was my heaviest ever. 92 kilos. I modified my life and am now 80 kilos. Working down to 55. 25 kilos to go. Any support?

That is great! I am trying to lose about 15 kilos. We can update here.

I walked 12km today. Diet and exercise .. No oil and no carbs.

How do you find the time to walk so much?

I walk at 430 am till 730 am... compromising on sleep

I walked 7 miles 2 weeks ago and I’m pretty sure I screwed up something up in my knee :frowning:
but then again, I live in bloody mountains :snooty: so I win

How I did it and how I am still doing it. ... diet and exercise.

In my diet I wake and drink hot coffee black. Then I go for a walk. I come home and have the juice of one freshly squeezed grapefruit. Then at noon I have a boiled piece of meat size of my Palm with one raw vegetable from either cucumber tomato cabbage lettuce or iceberg. Then two apples as snacks during day. Then at seven pm I have boiled meat same as Lunch.

I only have green tea or water or black coffee as drink. Nothing outside this outlined plan ever. Los of water. And multivitamins. A d e k and calcium.

Exercise ... I walk at least eight km a day. I do three kg weights two reps of fifty each.

Ethan I began with four km daily for a week. Then upped to six for three days. Then eight for six days. Now I do 12 daily. Today was Fiat time I did such a long stretch together

I like to walk to my college which is 5.2 km total, not sure if that counts though.

Can I ask why so much walking? 12 km is quite a lot, no?

That is amazing! I need at least 8 hours sleep so no way I can compromise on that. Have to find time from somewhere. I did the 10000 steps a day a while back. I may start that up again.

Wow, u are seriously disciplined! Good job! I'm extremely motivated by your post. I gain weight really fast... so since it's been winter here, no exercise and junky food have caused me to gain. With the better weather, i'm dedicated to shed these pounds!

Me. I would love to do this with you. My problem is food. I workout almost everyday. I need to see what you are eating on daily basis. Perhaps we can plan the next day healthy menu and post it here. I do drink at least a cup of tea everyday with milk. I eat at least an egg (sometimes more) for breakfast. And then after that everything gets screwed up. I am doing insanity workouts and in week 4.

Spiral..I posted what I eat above. I've been approaching this diet and exercise as a medical treatment and not fusing about any changes in diet. Each day the exact same. I tell myself if I had a disease I'd be forced to take medicine and so this us my medicine and obesity is the disease
