how do you control your self from not eating what other family members are eating?. this is what i do and stuff up my diet plan. i can not resist when biryani is cooked at home or some other favorite food.
Me. I would love to do this with you. My problem is food. I workout almost everyday. I need to see what you are eating on daily basis. Perhaps we can plan the next day healthy menu and post it here*. I do drink at least a cup of tea everyday with milk. I eat at least an egg (sometimes more) for breakfast*. And then after that everything gets screwed up. I am doing insanity workouts and in week 4.
its OK to take tea with milk, just cut down on sugar and Egg is fine too. I used to alternate b/w Egg one day and Egg white other day. Its the bread and oil you need to cut on. To start, just start having bread-less lunch and small portion size in dinner

hang your pic in dinning room when you were at the peak of your weight :)
and try to control on portion size. you dont have to starve yourself for your fav food. and exercise more.
Oh I don’t drink tea with sugar at all. I don’t eat bread either. Also don’t use oil for egg. My breakfast is super healthy. Its what happens when we all sit together as a family like the other poster mentioned. I eat with my family, whatever they are eating I don’t have nearly as much to lose but getting rid of last few lbs seems so hard.
Hello. Just reporting that I'm now 79.8kg. Finally Made it to the seventies! From 92! In 37 days!
As for control I realize the strive the diet the easier the control. Whr there are allowances I tend to go overboard. Strict and controlled works for me. I tell myself it is medicine. I enjoy watching family eat lol. But try to avoid sitting with family for food if you can't. I make walking a family time. Family walks a bit with me. One two km. Then they turn back. I go on

I need to do some major clothes shopping... I'm giving myself until my birthday (2 months) to lose as much weight as possible before I buy stuff. Your family walk idea also inspired me to make a plan with my sister.. she's super-active and fit... so we're going to exercise together.
@Demilitarize If your coworkers that are really nice have lunch from restaurants every day and they ask you to accompany them, what would you say to them? You can’t reject their offer every week without hurting their feelings or making them think it’s because of them. How would you approach that situation?
You are trying to lose weight but not everybody would see why eating out might not be good if we are trying to eat healthy and away from tempting food.
I like your approach of looking at the diet as medicine. It certainly is better to do something by choice then to be forced to do it by the doctor.....!
@Demilitarize Very impressive and very inspiring, best of luck for your goal. Do you only use red meat or do you go for chicken and fish? and for the protein part of diet, can a bowl of lentils be used as a substitute for the meat Just to change things up a bit.

Sprained my ankle so stable at weight for a week. I grill the meat or just cook it in Pressure with Chili and vinegar etc. ... No oil.
I don't know about the co workers thing. Id tell them the truth that I am on a strict diet for health reasons and cannot eat outside the diet as per medical advice. I'd go along if I'm mentally strong enough to order just the salad or eat one fruit. Otherwise I'm sure they'd accept.
Sidra keep repeating to yourself that it is three months of the rest of your long happy slim life inshallah. And tell yourself is a medication course not food. That way you'll stay on it. Take the right doses. Forget food. Only 3 months out of so many to follow!.... tel yourself this and weigh yourself daily at the same time after waking up in the morning and going to washroom. Try to avoid constipation
Bianca I don't mess with what works. I'm not adding lentils or anything else. Somehow this basic stuff with ingredients not meddled with works great. Also take multivitamins b complex. A d e k. And vit c and calcium daily
