well at curves gym, they have this thing called 6 week solution. basically eat 1200 cal for 1 week, and then 1600 for as long as you keep losing weight after that, and then after that eat 2500 for 4 days, 1200 for 3 days. Basically mix it up so your metabolism boosts and eventually you can eat 2500 most of the time and diet a couple days a month or once a week. Lots of protein is important too.

I have got 4-5 kgs to lose…

I m basically going to stick with 1200 calories a day…drink lots of water, green tea and lemon water in the morning…then after 2 weeks…I ll start eating a lil more calories…say 1500…I am going to the gym 3-4 times a week…

I did this once…and lost about 5-6 kgs in 2 months…which was a pretty healthy weight loss…I did it last time without a gym membership…just walked n treadmill for 30 minutes and it worked like that too…

I felt ALOT more energized and the weight stayed off for a whole year…even though I think I was eating 1800 calories or more a day…but didnt gain any…my eating habits went bad after I got married n moved to a new place n all…but I think if I go back to what I was doing…I will definitely lose weight inshaAllah :slight_smile:

So all in all the key is to control portions, exercise and drink lots of water…

P.S. there is a supplement by MaxiMuscle named Themobol..it is quiet effective to curb appetite…

1) drink 1 Tablespoon of Apple cider (not sweet one) in a half glass of water or with honey after your lunch.
2) drink more than 2 cups of Chinese Jasmine Green Tea with no sugar and no milk
I wanted to lose couple of pounds and i tried Apple cider and trust me i would rather go to gym n work out or simply cut down on my junk food intake...... it smells horrible and it tastes disgusting in fact it would hurt ma throat while i drank that stuff.....

MUST dilute this it well otherwise u'll get yellow teeth and its not safe for your stomach as its an acid

btw try past phased walking for 1 hour in an open air.....
