losing 10 lbs in two weeks is not healthy and it is not recommanded by docs anywhere.. Healthy weight loss limit is about 8 lbs a month...
btw even if u loose 10lbs in a short period of time then it will be a temperory loss..... and fat will ride your butts and handles before u buy new size clothes....
