just had a cup of spaggettie(i only used peas in it) along with 2 fish fillet

i only drank 2 glass of water.. and havent done any excercise yet.. :( danggg.. i hate for not working... .

btw is spaggetthi/noodles healthy for us?

Breakfast: coffee with cream no sugar
Lunch: Chowmein, about 1.25 cups with veggies
Mid afternoon: pizza :( but i swear i was real hungry and there was nothing healthy around
Bevs: Water, lots of it, and 1 cup juice
Dinner: Roti(made with whole wheat atta) and nihari
Extra: 2 itty bitty pieces of candy, like as small as my nail. I forgot iw asnt supposed to have any.
Total calories: about 1300

Workout: Lots of walking, i think about 20 mins of real fast walking (during school time, not a formal workout).

I will tell you this. STOP DRINKING COKE AND OTHER SODA. If you love cook that much then drink diet coke. One can of coke has 100 calories, which is like eating a small lunch. And dont eat sugar too much. Eat instead sweetners cause sugar has too much calories.

If you don't then thin, you would at least stabalize your weight and won't incrase it. trust me that was the same thing with me. I don't drinke coke or eat sugar. and now my weight has stabalized. and dont eat garbage at fast food restaurants. That stuff is not good for your weight or health.

10 am Breakfast: Lemon & honey in water - cereal with semi skimmed milk
throughout the day i had grapes **
**3 pm- green herbal tea

6 pm- fish and mixed vegetables
plum and a yoghurt
had 1 litre of water
exercise: walked it for about 1hr and a half

PLEASE can someone tell me how to do the stomach crunches!

I heard that pasta's were a big "no no". I was watching tv and Opera actually has her own workout and diet plan. 2 of the things I remember that haven't been mentioned yet on this thread are eat wheat not white and no pasta. Just to let you know. And green tea is good also.
Devoted you seem to be on a good plan. By the way does the honey & lemon water help lose weight? I used to drink warm water with honey in it first thing in the morning. But I only did that for 2 weeks or less. Does it actually help?

i drink lemon in water in the morning and in the afternoon… apart from making u feel ullkh.. i think it really does work :k:

yes it works! but you have to do it consistently, the results show after a good 6 weeks…i lost loadsa weight last year by drinking this and then i stopped because winter came and laziness set in but im back on it now, its good for you skin too!

I have lost ummm around 4kg in 3 weeks by cutting down all the fried food and chocolates. Once the weight begins to go its an incentive to carry on and in time the urge to eat junk food will go naturally. I promise.

I’ve a excercise machine for my belly but i think i use it 3 time’s and my hubby says to me
mere paisa zaya kiya na? You dont use that machine once :bummer:

I use once diet pills but i hate it to take pills so i stop with it.

asssalamualaikum..i really not too good in english but i hope you can understand it..i'm just 14 but i have a weight problem..my weight is 72kg to heavy in my age right?and height is 5 feet 2 inches...i hope anybody can help me..give me a true diet that i cank lose about 10 kg in month(can??)i dont what i have to drinks and eat..but to day i ate:

1 plate of noodles.
2 big glass of coldwater
1 glass of icedtea

p.s:i hope anybody can help me..thanks a lot.

believe me dieting is the worst to do to your body because the bounce back effect is dangerous i mean you’ll get bigger after…just increase your exercise and stop eating junk food! i did that last year and lost 18 kg in 9 months!!

crash dieting will just leave you with a body that fluctuates in weight, wrinkled sallow skin and a face that looks bigger relative to the rest of your body.....not to mention weakness, hair loss, cravings etc etc....
the only permanent way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat HEALTHY foods, control calories withing the losing-but-not-starving range (for women its abt 1250 minimum) workout atleast 30 mins everyday (trust me you CAN take out 30 mins for exercise everyday), 8 glasses of water, 7-8 hrs of sleep, stress management, and light weights for women.
you need to change your whole LIFESTYLE in order to maintain a healthy body. its never a matter of one month, one year or two three years.... think long term and be realistic. some body types wont ever look wafer thin....but at a healthy weight your body will look (and most importantly..FEEL) its best. (which doesnt mean a size 2 or a certain waist size...)

you're too young to be worrying about these things..

eat regular food just cut back on junk food.. no special diet stuff..

NO sodas (diet or regular) .. in fact if u have to take regular over diet
NO fried food AT ALL
NO sugary stuff
eat MORE meals a day.. like 5 short meals at intervals.. NEVER eat one or two LARGE meals.. big no no
be more mobile..don't sit or lie down a lot.. stay active.. increases metabolism..

Since I had a baby 7 months ago I’d like to firm up and shave off a bit of fat. I’m 5’2 and approx. 95lbs. I fit into my usual size 0 but feel more comfy in one size bigger. That doesn’t mean i’m skinny. I’m just a petite person, a shorty. I’m breastfeeding so that burns off 500 cal a day. I don’t necessarily want to diet but avoid snacking. I think I still have an appetite from breastfeeding. With two kids it’s hard for me to just get out and run like I used to. But I’ve been doing crunches, squats and push-ups. My eating is very erratic because I’m usually too busy to have a proper meal. I tend to have several small meals through the day.

Today
Breakfast @ 11am: Half an orange
Half a bagel with mozarella on it
1 cup chai with no sugar
1 cup water

Snack@ 12:45: 1 asian pear

So later tonight I’m not sure when I’ll have dinner. But I’m cooking gongaloo ghosth for Aziz. I may have some of that with rice. Lunch may be an chicken egg roll with a salad. If I snack I like to have rice cakes. I really don’t drink milk, so I think I need to do that or atleast eat yogurt. I don’t think I can achieve my goal without exercise. Actually I think if I run a few miles then I will be eating more. Well I’ll try this for a little while and see how it goes.
