Which is totally different than if your family is saying something to/about YOU (and not your husband) and that was my point. I’ll stand up for my wife if my family members are being unfair to her, she will stand up for me if her family members are unfair to me. Now if it was something b/w me and my family members and she did not like it, she will talk to me about how she did not like it and what should I do but leave it for me to take care of it. If I want to go easy on my family for whatever reason, its fine.
of course unless its something of epic proportion or something that’s harming us (as couple) emotionally or financially.
