^CJ was not part of the panel if i am not wrong. There were 17 judges! and not a single one wrote an ikhtilafi note.

So either Aitezaz is right or 17 SC judges are.. no? of course Aitezaz’s word is considered final by PPP.

p.s. I personally think contempt of court law is idiotic

This not about right or wrong. This is about constitution of Pakistan. The ruling is against the constitution. It does not matter whether 17 or 1700 judges gave the ruling.
