There is no mention fo 4 witnesses, so unless there are 4 witnesses that saw fornication take place, we can not call them fornicators, but victims of oppressive tribal mindset and kangaroo court, sorry...khachar court.
obviously you know what the punishment is for levelling false charges of fornication on someone dont you? which the khachar court and your high and mighty self are now liable for.
