and marshal law means, army generals can have as much businesses as they want and they can loot as much wealth and sources of wealth their generations can live upon it... e.g. sons of ayub, zia, etc
Whatever way you would like to see 'rule of Demons' ... Marshal law in Pakistan brings
More: ... Peace, law and order, merit, investment, development, opportunities, democracy at ground level, equality, betterment in life of poor as well as others, security, honesty, and so on.
and at the same time brings
Less: ... Corruption, Nepotism (aqarba-parvari), bradarism, Gunda-gardi, agitation, anarchy, killing, looting of country, rape and crime, killing and extra-judicial killing, lies, fake promises, ... and so on.
But then... what I want is not dictatorship ... but a true democracy, democracy that works for people and are not monarchy ... as dictatorship that Pakistan gets, is better than sham democracy what Pakistan has, as Pakistani Sham-democracy ... or demon-cracy ... is actually rotating monarchy.
Concept of democracy to me is, where election is free and fair (no one can even raise doubt in such election, because there is no reason to raise doubt) ... and country have very strong accountability authority independent of government (in every way), independent judiciary, bureaucracy, police ... and no power of inducting, promotion and transfer of state employees in the hands of politicians.
I only want to see politicians make policies and give it to bureaucracy to implement ... where even if politicians in power (even PM or CM) do anything unlawful or illegal, than police ... lowest ranking policeman could arrest him.
But if anyone wants to rule Pakistan with impunity than they should know that Pakistan is heavily armed country where a spark (truly strong spark) can bring bloody situation, and those responsible would find no place to hide.
