Could be. Only that I don’t know how Jihad Oriented parents would raise hardworking, honest, education/career/goal oriented and law abiding children but those children would only demonstrate these abilities once they leave the country.

No, its culture and environment that promotes intolerance & once you extract individuals from that kind of backwardness people have way of readjusting to new environment and way of life.
