There are several reasons for Pakistan not to be like SK or Singapore. Half-Pakistani or Full-Pakistani has nothing to do with it. I could say that South Korean expats in the west INVESTING (as opposed to remitting money to family) back home (specially in education sector) has been one of the driving force. Lets not get into that.

Or could it be that people in SK and SP are more business, education, and goal/career orientated and Pakistanis are jihad orientated?
