Well, you can discount my comments, but point is valid. Which was…why isn’t Pakistan like South Korea or Singapore & instead its going backward to be more like Congo or Somalia? Is it because of half Pakistanis or full Pakistanis? That is a valid point.

There are several reasons for Pakistan not to be like SK or Singapore. Half-Pakistani or Full-Pakistani has nothing to do with it. I could say that South Korean expats in the west INVESTING (as opposed to remitting money to family) back home (specially in education sector) has been one of the driving force. Lets not get into that.

I give you an analogy. If you visit Pakistan and drive on the Lhr-Isb motorway things seem strange. People generally drive in lanes, indicate when they are changing lanes, generally remain within speed limits, do not bring vehicles (or animals) that are not allowed on the motorway, etc. As soon as they leave motorway and enter the city (specially Lahore), they transform and start behaving like maniacs behind wheels.

Can I conclude that people who drive on the motorway are better, law abiding citizens than those who only drive in the city?
