Why are you disappointed? That is the truth. People complain about govt failing to provide services, but they don’t want to pay taxes, cheat system at every turn, steal electricity, water and the list goes on. And those are “pure” Pakistanis according to FGE.

Btw, I never said acquiring foreign nationality makes you honest ,or hard working or guarantees you success, but his comments were condescending to over 4.5 million people working and sending home aprx $ US 15 billion annually that keep nation afloat.

Would you agree that those who acquired foreign nationality (or their parents) didn’t pay taxes, cheated systems, stole electricity, etc. when in Pakistan? I was referring to your comment (below) implying that somehow those Pakistanis who acquire another nationality are innately much more hardworking, honest and educated than those who do not. Your comment was condescending to over 170 million Pakistanis living there.

I have great respect for FGE & to extent I agree with him, but I’m kind of offended by him calling us “half-Pakistanis”. To full Pakistanis, I say us “half-Pakistanis” don’t want to represent you internally in politics, but** if full-Pakistanis were half as hardworking, honest and and educated as the halfs… Pakistan could be South Korea or Singapore today. **Just sayin’…

I agree that ‘half-Pakistani’ might not be good term to describe dual-nationality holders but that doesn’t mean that you start degrading those who have nothing to do with this debate.
