According to law it is the federal Govt which can ban what’s up,sky and viberas provincial govt has got no authority to block such services.

Could Skype, Viber and Whatsapp really be banned? The UAE spent millions of dirham to stop skype, but they actually just managed to block skype's website. Viber is blocked in the UAE, but it is still widely used.

Seems like Taliban and GOP have same mission and that is to take country backward. Instead of using technology to fight terrorism they are blocking internet sites so no one can use it.
