Today I was cleaning my room, and dusting the windowsills and what not. I have 3 big windows in my room, and one of them has a large ledge. I usually dont open the curtains on that window as the window is behind a sofa.
Today while I was cleaning, I pulled the curtains apart to clean the windowsill and found ginger (a whole ginger) sitting on my windowsill. At first I got so confused, thinking what the heck is this thing doing here? Then I started to get suspicious. I know my dadi and popohs have never wanted good for me or my mother.
Has anyone ever heard of anything like this having to do with blackmagic?

honestly I have never heard anyone doing black magic with a ginger. Mostly what I have HEARD (not seen) is meat , egg yolk/shells , blood and taweez etc.
just read manzil and Insha Allah you will be fine.
when black magic happens your life is literally turns up side down , nothing in your life remains normal and many bad things happens to you and alhamdolillah I assume you are doing fine so don't get into unnecessary worries :)

That is definitely black magic, the worst known black magician (not the race, the magic type) in history is the Muffin Man who tried dominating the world through his army of gingerbread men. Do you know the muffin man? Who lived in Drury Lane?
Why do you guys have to interpret everything so negatively? Its a piece of ginger, just throw it away. Or better yet, put it in the haandi.

never heard of hidden ginger = black magic.
I would be more suspicious if there was a picture of your mom with needles or something, or blood, knotted strings, etc.
Some of us have a tendency to think that if something bad is happening, it must be that another person is wishing bad or is performing black magic. If you truly suspect that, then read the Quls, the Ayatal Qursi, and make dua. In the end, everything is willed by Allah.
If that ginger is still good, like Jaanwer said, put it in the haandi. Don't let it go to waste.

Manzil is a collection of Ayat's from different Surahs of Quran. These are the most powerful Surahs in Quran. You can download it by searching the internet. It is available both in Audio recitation and PDF formats. Reciting it even reduces all kinds of curses (witchcraft) done on you.

I threw it away as soon as I found it. I dont know how long its been there though. however, just for the sake of dua, I have been reading the 4 Quls along with Ayatul Qursi, and there is another dua that I have been doing that is supposed to keep baad dua and blackmagic away (I have been doing this for over a year now, just cause I have trust issues with my extended family). so nothing bad has happened to me, but I was just suspicious when I found it there, and wanted to know if there could be any connection. I wasnt looking for anyones sarcastic remarks, as all I did was ask a legitimate question. For those who gave suggestions, thank you, I will start reading Manzil, and keep reciting the Quls.

I can't function without sarcasm, its a psychological problem and I would really appreciate if you don't discriminate against me because of some issues I am suffering from. One would think you will have some compassion.
Alright most of us have a-holes for extended family. And considering the bad word that I used in my last sentence I will exclude you from that list and include myself. But the point is, the more you worry about these things the more it affects you. Just relax and be cool, and pray, nothing bad will happen to you.

finding a $100 dollar bill is likely, because people keep money in their rooms, people walk around with money (and if someone forgot their $100 bill in my room, Im sure they would come back to get it). The reason I am suspicious is because it is such an unsual thing to find in my room, hidden behind my curtains.
