ok now the revision:
If I am going to eat too much salty stuff then sodium concentration will increase ..water from ICF will flow towards the ECF ..make it hyperosmotic volume expansion ..which means ECF’s volume will increase, ICF will decrease n ECF osmolarity will increase … causing sodium increase and hematocrit decrease
