didnt u read I said by eating too much salty stuff (bag of salty chips ) causes the increase of solute in ECF → ECF osmolarity increase WHICH then causes the water shift from ICF to ECF … decreasin the ICF volume and increasin ECF volume THEN in new state the osmolarity will be higher in both compartments
