Re: Cost of weddings
Okay this is NOT about making life hard for other people. Be happy for each other. If someone spends 100k on their wedding, maybe they’ve saved up for it, maybe they’re using their education money or trust fund or daddy’s paying for it- I don’t know. But who cares!?! My friends had weddings at museums that probably cost them half of their graduate education, did I go around trying to compete? no. Did it make my life any harder? no. What the heck.
The only time you should be concerned about affecting someone else is if you’re actively taking away something that belongs to them. And also, we all should be strong/happy enough to not feel bad when someone spends a fortune on their wedding, even if we can’t.
People are just showing their true faces !
