shay..does the 7.50 include labor? chairs do add an elegant touch to the setup...i too got a good deal..well at least thats what i thought....but when you add the labor..and the extra costs...it does add up...we had arranged for 150 guests...per chair ended up close to $8.50 with labor/setup...if you tell the hotel 300 guests..they will set up the ballroom for an extra 10%...which means you will be responsible for getting those extra chairs as well.....
go with one vendor..someone who will do your napkins, cutlery etc...as well as linen and chairs...
then you do a cost breakdown...ask around and have your vendor match the lowest price..
the same people should be responsible for the stage..drapes...the lights.. ..red carpet aisle decor..etc..
are you getting a florist? your florist takes care of ONLY flowers...your florist will collaborate with the people responsible for the stage..
