it pretty difficult.I remember a story a teacher once told me in college about a guy stranded in a jungle whos about to be eaten alive by a lion and there is a chocolate cake infront of him, he eats the cake eventhough he knows he is gonna die very soon.point being that one should'nt focus on the bad that has happened or will happen in your life so much that you stop living.
