yesterday i made this basin halwa and it was very good,and while making it i was thinking about this post ,that whta can be mistake,i think u added less oil or milk,i used oilnot ghee,when u add basin to oil,the oil will be as much as the basin in it looks like a think batter, and when u add milk ,add enough milk to it ,that it will be like a thin batter or paste,dont hesitate while adding enough milk as it dry so quickly in few seconds,slow the heat and slowling add milk and stirring it .anyway one thing i add 6,7 tbs of powder milk dissolve in water and then add it to basin.try these tips may be this time it works for u.
