I was told by the MAC MUA that i was NC 35 but I was in between colors so I might try the NW25 or NC30 concealer. btw, what shade of Maybelline Fit me concealer do you use? I’ll probably use a shade or two darker for myself. I just want the best quality concealer that is the bet fit for me. I’ll try the prolong wear one and see if it works for me too. So is the highlighter color lighter than the color you use under the eyes or is it the same one for both highlighter and concealer for dark circles and stuff? Apologies for asking so many questions but your advice is invaluable and I really want to master this art since i’ve put so much effort into learning it.

To keep it simple, i’d suggest use the same concealer for your under eye area AND your highlight. You can try Maybelline’s fit me concealer in the color “medium” however, I think it’ll only be 1 shade lighter, but give it a try. Otherwise try MAC’s prolongwear OR select cover up concealer in NW20. NW 25-30 will be too close to your natural skin color, so it won’t give much of a highlighting effect, you need to use something lighter!
