Re: Continuing the supernatural talk...

So I have mentioned my experiences a few times on GS. But here goes again. Indonesia is full of spirits. I will never deny that after what we went through in our house in Indonesia. When Abu first came to get it cleaned up and organized he found a King Cobra sitting on the patio as if it was guarding the place. Coiled up and ready to strike. Anyway got that removed. Then was the room I slept in for the longest period. The third room in a row, now windows not even in the bathroom. When the AC was on the room would be freezing cold. So cold you needed a blanket. When the AC was not on it would freaking hot. Pakistan weather hot when Indonesia is a temperate climate.

So one day this huge oak cabinet, I am huge. Sturdy as hell. Just tips over. No reason. Nothing is broken, nothing is rotten. It just ups and falls over. In a manner where it is still adjacent to the wall. As in no space between the wall and the cabinet. My parents put it back up but me and my sister have no clue what happened. Then you would always wake up in that room at azaan time. Fajr, Asr, Zuhr doesn't matter. Azaan time you would wake up.

Oh yes the power would always trip. As in the breaker would trip and do so constantly. I remember once and my mom confirms it that the breaker tripped we went to turn it back on. We turned around and it tripped again. And again. happened twice. Freaked my mom out. My mom also said she would be praying and feel a presence in the room. Or see impressions of someone on their knees on the bed.

Our maid spoke to people even when she was alone in the room and she was complete sane and lucid. Never met such a normal woman in my life. But she would talking to someone and go quiet when me or my sister or my mom entered the room.

Re: Continuing the supernatural talk…

Not always, There is reason to believe that holy water can be used for a variety of evil things.

I used to have loads of Zam Zam water stored at home and before certian big days I would take a sip of the water just so I did not have any problems, but I always believed having Zam Zam in the house helped keep the people safe. I know a friend in Bangladesh swears by it, becuase he was at home and some enemies shot at him from outside with an UZI spraying his room with lots of bullets and despite hitting all the furniture and him not having a chance to duck behind anything or lie down in time he did not get hit. All the water pots were smashed except one little scent bottle sized one containing zam zam. Now maybe it was becuase it was a small target, but who knows miracles do happen sometimes.

Anyway many believe that Alien abductions are just demon abductions that were common among the middle ages but people just blame aliens instead. Khair I dont know what to believe, except that some people can be as sick as demons.

Anyone who knows anything about human evil should know that Hannibal Lecter and Jig-Saw as well as dozens of the most vile horror/thriller monsters were based on real life people.

We dont need to start imaging monsters with ten arms and horns on thier heads… we got enough crazy people around to worry about. Just stay smart and make sure you have something you can believe in… as well as hone some fine motor skills and perhaps keep a handy best friend around you if possible

Re: Continuing the supernatural talk...

@CM : Did you people never ask the maid whom she kept talking to?

Re: Continuing the supernatural talk...

Ami did. We were young we didn't care. According to ami she always said she was singing a song in Indonesian.

Re: Continuing the supernatural talk…

^ Thats quite possible Indonesian people are renown for thier musical talent, likewise though they are also meant to be masters of the dark arts and mumbo jumbo. :bummer:

Lucky we never had any servants as Kids… we kinda were the servants. :@:

Eddie Murphy in a comedy special:

I was watching Poltergeist last month.
I got a question.
**Why don't white people just leave the house when there's a ghost in the house ?
*
Y'all stay in the house too long. Get the bleep out of the house !
If there's a ghost in the house, get the bleep out !

Re: Continuing the supernatural talk...

We used to live in such a house.......we got out. One of my brothers never believed the rest of us that lived there. He kept insisting that there was nothing there. We still got out.

Then decades after we had left we met someone from that neighbourhood.....and mentioned that we used to live in #14....she replied, "O'm'god.....the corner house? The haunted house?!!"

Without letting on that we knew.....we questioned her further.....she mentioned that the family that lived there were never able to get babysitters cuz there were always voices heard.

Felt good to be redeemed.

Long story.......

Re: Continuing the supernatural talk...

I remember my aunt's house was extremely haunted. Not that i saw or felt anything. I guess I never paid any attention to stuff like that. But my aunt used to tell us all these scary stories of how the doors in the house would suddenly close and a scream of a man be heard in all the rooms. She said on 3 occasions she saw a black shadowy figure walk past her and once when she was about to leave the house something pushed her and then she heard the screams of the man.

Other times she said that she would often see a reflection of a woman wearing a red dress stand behind her every time she was getting ready and looking in to her dresser mirror. But the reflection wouldn't appear when she were directly looking at the mirror only when she looked away and caught a glimpse of it on the side of her eye.

Ok so this one incident that occurred with my other khala who was staying over at the haunted house. She went up to the roof to get something and screamed and came running, she fainted and when she woke up she said she saw a black cat turn in to a baby that was hairy and looking at her. She never went up to that roof again. But i think it was all just the heat. Because i used to play for hours on that roof all alone and i never encountered anything. I even slept in a "apparently" haunted room where the man's voice was heard. I never experienced anything. Maybe the haunting were just apparent to the women.

Re: Continuing the supernatural talk...

We are a group of 4 really close friends. We used to play with the Ouija board like when we were teenagers. We never ever touched it after smtng one of my friends experienced. We created a really dark environment with candles, lol, and my friend had one of those long mirrors behind her room's door and she was facing it, she apparently saw someone in the mirror..:/ it's such piece of crap. I still don't believe in it but I am guessing it is a very haram thing to do.

Re: Continuing the supernatural talk...

And our house in pakistan was haunted. We only lived there for two years and when we moved in, neighbours told us not to move there and told us stuff about it. We still lived in that place...
