Yes, it doesn’t say explicitly but this is what the scholars have gathered from different incidents in various ahadith. Also even when they take human shape there is always some flaw in it…like the jinn with feet like dog’s paws in one hadith who tried to steal a sahabi’s dates.
Also according to some traditions queen of Sheba was half jinn and had hairy legs. Like very hairy legs like a bear.
