I don't think it has to do with jealousy... He is just too liberal in this matter while I am not! Obviously, my clothes front of the family will not be on the revealing side like I normally dress up.
He suggested me to wear short dresses whenever we go out somewhere nice like a restaurant or to an event or movies...

I agree with that. I have seen many women who love the way they dress no matter how tacky their style seems to others. They just don't see it. It may be her fiance's way of saying she needs to change it up a bit but his point is not sinking in.
Nope, he likes my sense of style a lot.... I am just talking about specific dressing for specific occasions.

Okay, so Pwner and I were right. He wants other guys to be jealous.
Thinking of their spouses as 'the most beautiful women in the world because they have maintained themselves for the men' doesn't necessarily mean they want other guys to be jealous..
Most guys in the West really don't worry that other men might look at their wives.. they don't sit there thinking about it how angry they'd get if someone gives her the eye.. They have a different mentality, not better or worse, just different..

Can't tell you the specific but definitely something I am not used to wearing in public. I don't even know if I will be comfortable even with him being next to me... However, he does require me to wear it occasionally.

Wear it once but then act all uncomfortable so he doesn't ask you to do it again.

If he's only suggesting dressing differently for specific occasions, it's possible he simply wants to see more variety and thinks you should change it up a bit when you go out.

I don't want to make him mad either.... My relation just started with him and I want to make him happy. Little jealousy for the guy is great that will assure me that he cares about me :p... Wish that he was not super liberal.

He said that he'd discuss it in person when I gave him my perspective on revealing clothes that I don't wanna show the world.

BSB lives in the US. Even if you were to argue that maybe he just wants her to dress to "fit in" more with Western culture. When we want to fit in...we want others to notice that we fit in...so it's still involves drawing attention.
He wants me to dress up like that front of goras from what I understand. Yes, I think it has to do with "fitting in" with western culture more than anything else. Jaisa des wasa behais.

^Because that is HIS personality. Just as your have your personality, he has his. He probably isn't jealous as he feels quite secure in himself and probably feels he has nothing to be jealous about.
