No, actually English and spelling were my strongest subjects in school, so nah-anh 
Jokes aside, its not just about spellings, it’s about communicating your thoughts and ideas with others. Everyone could use a little help when they speak to people, whether online or in person. Those who sound normal when they type can stutter or trip over words when talking in person, whereas the ones who sound illiterate here can sound normal in person. I know you’re not in school that you don’t want to stress over having to use proper grammar and spelling when posting, but in the real world if one wants to be taken seriously, “dat” “dey” and other general text-message/IM-speak isn’t really going to work, which I’m sure you already know. So don’t take it so personally, this is advice that works for everyone, in and out of the cyber-world.

Dont worry about how you spell out your thoughts, just concern yourself with how those thoughts are expressed, and you will be fine:)

lolz Mrs Saieen i appreciate your concern but i dont think anybody really speaks de way dt dey type , we use abbreviations to type faster and nothing else. as a matter of fact some ppl write better den dey communicate …

It is not a question of whether GS is a school or not. It is an overall reflection of your personality, upcoming trends, awareness of surroundings and responsibility of maintaining of a structured system.
Instead of defending yourself think about it.
You can be lazy enough to skip alphabets or walk nude in the street and no one would stop you, however, it is against the etiquettes of society. period.
Online chats and text messages are bringing a revolution to the way we communicate. From the attitude of the new generation, apparently it seems that we are destroying the science of linguistics, origin of words and raising a generation of idiots who has nothing to offer.

It may not be perfectly spelled but it is completely legible and it is so quick to read with out the useless alphabets. I wish i could write like you.
