Why would Sheikh Rasheed lie? BTW, as long as it a political coalition, and not Intekhaabi, its ok. I say that all the parties, including MQM and PP should unites against this stupid govt. Coalition for the same purpose is fine. It does not signify unity on Ideology, just on the issue.

lo gi kar lo gal. Long time ago before elections AP had predicted this. Is there some kind of cooperation/alliance against PML(N) by PPP and PTI a reality in future?
ISLAMABAD: Former president Asif Ali Zardari announced his support for Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan’s demand for recounting of votes in four constituencies, saying that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif should not have any fears regarding a recount if there was no rigging during elections last year.
In a statement issued by the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP)'s media wing, the party’s co-chairman said that if needed, a recount may be carried out in 40 constituencies instead of four. He added that people had elected Nawaz Sharif as the prime minister of the country and not as an absolute monarch. He also criticised Nawaz’s interference in other provinces.
The former president expressed surprise and dismay over the government’s delay in vote recount for four constituencies in Lahore. “The heavens would not fall if the demand was accepted,” the statement issued by spokesperson Senator Farhatullah quoted him as saying.

^ Zardari is a little too late, he should've supported the re-count case from beginning unless he is seeing something behind the scene and wants to join the bandwagon to encash it.

PPP can do something with PTI but can not join this Tullu , Talli Tatoo and Phatoo alliance

Imran Khan is in dire need of PPP to support his demand of recounting. Unless PPP supports him ‘Badshah Salamat’ or ‘Badmash Salamat’ ko kuch nahin hone ka. Zardari has chosen the right time to strike back what he suffered humiliations and insults from corrupt Punjabi PML(N) CJ, definitely on the instigation of ‘thug bartheran’. Zardari is much superior politician he proved in the last five years of his rule. Ganja would have heart attack in the first year of his rule what Zardari gone through all those years.

Truth is that, the time that seems around the corner, even PPP leadership would be running to save themselves, their lives and stolen wealth.
As for 'Thug brothers' I would be surprised if they would get away with murders they have done (17 June). When Bhutto could not save himself from getting punishment for murder and eventually found rope, It would be some achievement for these political dwarfs if they manage to avoid rope.
