Good point about the gun^
You should never ever get a gun used for piercing except your lobes since the lobes have no bones in them, the gun shatters the bone and makes the healing process 10X longer and worse if a gun is used on your cartilage/nose etc.

Who uses a silver pin to pierce noses in the UK?! Honestly that gun is freaking me out, I have had 8 peircings, 2 closed up so only 6 left, all on my ears, but just the thought of that gun on my nose is scary.

I got mine done one year ago, I had it done on the left side, no bump, no irritation, the man pierced my nose with a silver pin and a thread.
